Welcome back to SOWA MedSpa! We look forward to seeing friendly faces, both old and new, as we get ready to return to some semblance of normalcy! See below to learn the steps we are taking to ensure a safe experience for all.
Check-in
– You will be asked to call or text to check in upon arrival
– You will be asked to download our patient portal and will be required to complete a health history form and COVID 19 form prior to your appointment
Scheduling
– Appointment times will be limited for proper cleaning and social distancing between appointments
– FaceTime Consultations will still be utilized
Staffing
– All staff will undergo a symptom review and temperature check at the beginning of each work day
– Each patient will be screened for signs or symptoms prior to their appointment and the day after their appointment
– Temperature screens will be taken on arrival
– We ask that you report any symptoms in the 14 day period following your appointment at SOWA MedSpa
Personal Protective Equipment
– All staff will be using proper PPE including a mask, gloves and face shield as appropriate
– EVERY PATIENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AND SHOE COVERS
– Disposable shoe covers will be provided upon arrival
Cleaning
– Strict hand hygiene will be enforced for both staff and patients
– Patients will be asked to sanitize hands upon arrival and prior to entering the treatment room
– All patient contact areas and office tools will be cleaned between each patient with proper cleaning agents.
